What is it?
You are completely in control with how long you do your silence for- it could be an hour, a few hours or a day! Whatever you like!
You gather your sponsorship via a sponsor form which you return to us with a cheque or a bank transfer once you have reached your chosen target!
You ask people to donate per hour or per whole silence!
We send you a fundraising kit which contains a #BreaktheSilence sticker to place on to your mask.
Take a photo of you wearing it and upload it to us so that we can share and Break the Silence.
We can help you with every step of the way.
